Refund policy

Gmail OTP

• The amount is charged when the order is created.
• Order expires without a code: its full amount is refunded to your wallet, automatically, with no request needed.
• The wait before the refund depends on the mail source and is usually within 30 minutes of creating the order.
• An order that received a code is complete and is not refunded.

Hotmail / Outlook

• Delivery in the described format counts as complete.
• Wrong format or cannot sign in: message support with the order code; after checking, the account is replaced or refunded.
• Check accounts right after buying with Hotmail Tool.

Where refunds go

• Refunds are added to your wallet balance and listed in Balance history.
• The balance pays for services and cannot be withdrawn, unless MailSMMO issues a refund itself.

Not refunded

• Orders that received a code, or accounts that sign in fine.
• Errors caused by the user's own actions.
• Accounts that breach the Terms of service: the balance may be held while complaints are handled.
