Terms of service

These terms apply to every MailSMMO account, on the web, in Telegram and through the API.

By creating an account and using MailSMMO (the "Service"), you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully before topping up or calling the API.

1. The Service

MailSMMO provides OTP mail rental, self-named mail-domain inboxes that auto-extract OTP/links, ready-made email accounts (Hotmail/Outlook), and a REST API for automation.

The Service is for lawful use: testing, operational automation, and managing accounts you or your authorized clients own.

2. Accounts & API keys

You are responsible for keeping your password and API key secure. Any activity through your API key is deemed to be yours.

Do not share or resell account access without MailSMMO's consent. MailSMMO may revoke an API key suspected of being compromised.

3. Payments & balance

Top up via USDT or another method shown on the Top up page; funds are credited after the transaction is confirmed. The minimum top-up is shown on the Top up page.

Balance is charged per mail rental, per OTP, or per purchased email account. The price shown at transaction time applies.

Balance is not cash, is non-withdrawable and non-reversible, except where MailSMMO issues a refund.

4. Refund policy

Gmail OTP: if the wait window ends with no code, that order's fee is automatically refunded to your balance.

Purchased email accounts: delivering credentials in the described format is considered fulfilled; format errors or non-login issues are replaced/refunded after review.

No refund for orders used successfully or failed due to user error.

5. Acceptable use

Fraud, impersonation, spam, abuse, unauthorized authentication bypass, or any activity violating law or third-party terms is strictly prohibited.

You are responsible for complying with the terms of the platforms you create accounts on.

6. Suspension & termination

MailSMMO may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. While locked, all API calls and web actions are denied.

Balances of seriously violating accounts may be held pending resolution of related complaints.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". MailSMMO does not guarantee every OTP arrives on time, as it depends on email providers and destination platforms.

MailSMMO is not liable for indirect damages from using the Service; maximum liability does not exceed your remaining balance.

8. Changes to terms

MailSMMO may update these terms over time. The new version takes effect when posted; continued use means you accept the update.
